TO ALL OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS - WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS

We  want  to assure you  that  during  the  COVID-19 crisis High Mountain Hearth will remain open and operational as long as possible to ensure our customer’s heating needs are met.

WE ARE FOCUSED ON SAFETY

For the protection of our customers as well as our employees we want to assure you that we are taking all precautions to prevent the spread of the virus as recommended by the CDC and our state and local health officials.

PRECAUTIONS WE ARE TAKING

These precautions include:

  • Monitoring our employees and their families daily to ensure we are not sending a technician into your home that has been exposed to anyone with symptoms of any sickness.  We ask the same of you, if your family or someone they have been in contact with has been exposed to anyone with symptoms please let us know so we can reschedule your service.
  • Sanitizing our hands before entering and after leaving each home.
  • Wearing an approved face mask while in each home as an extra precaution.

WE WANT TO HELP

If your household has been directly affected by this pandemic and you are in need of stove or fireplace repair as a means to heat your home WE WANT TO DO WHAT WE CAN TO HELP!   For those facing a financial hardship because of this crisis, such as being unemployed, we are offering a 25% discount on our service labor to get your appliance up and running. We are only able offer this discount for repair labor, not parts or maintenance.  We will extend this offer as long as we are able, or until the cold weather passes.

This crisis is having a tremendous impact on everyone in our communities.  Many small business and their employees that we all depend on every day are being financially devastated,. Let's all pull together to get through this crisis.
